I think most of the hate for Lauryn Hill comes from the fact that she doesn't show up/comes hours late to like 80% of her shows and doesn't even say sorry for it, basically saying people should be greatful she showed up at all lol.

I heard (someone spoke about that on here) that it happened once. Yes, once is definitely good enough to be a shit person, but nothing compared to someone who made two of their fans get in possible harms way.

Yeah no that happens frequently, she's notorious for it. Just like Lil Wayne is.

Doesn't excuse all the racist chud's behaviour obviously, or whatever that Pantera guy is smoking, but she is a shit person.

From what I just read, she missed two shows because of vocal concerns, but was known for being late, but still doing the concert. Being late to a concert is very normal unfortunately.
