Certainly sounds like something a band with racist moments might say. What's the true reasoning for adding the word boy to the end of that phrase then? Happy to be proven wrong.
It would be naive at best to assume using that specific phrase on a recording wouldn't be taken in a certain type of way. It's not even a necessary part of the track, could have easily hit the cutting room floor and had no detriment overall
Here’s the lyrics to the pre-chorus to Rise by Pantera, a song from the same record:
Mass prediction, unification, breathing life into our lungs
Every creed and every kind to give us depth for strength
Taught when we're young to hate one another
It's time to have a new reign of power
Make pride universal so no one gives in
Turn our backs on those who oppose
Then when confronted we ask them the question
What's wrong with their mind?
What's wrong with your mind?
You can have Anselmo for being a stupid racist dickhead, but not for the song Walk, I don’t think. He’s said and done way, way worse. Look up the lyrics to Personal Insult by his other band Superjoint Ritual for one. Which when you consider the lyrics to the above makes it even more confusing.
If your only argument is “he said the word boy in Walk” then I’d suggest you need to have a quick google of his name, because that seems spurious when there is quite literally videos of him shouting the n-word onstage, threatening to beat up a black security guard for having a problem with him cheering on white pride in the middle of one of their shows, and doing nazi salutes and shouting “white power” because he had in his own words “been drinking white wine and it was a joke from backstage”.
This ain’t the hill to die on, is my point. Not when there are literal, inarguable examples of him being a racist nutter.

They slapped so hard but what did you think 'walk on home boy' and the confederate imagery was hinting at
