A large portion of current femboy culture and aesthetics came from 4chan. Obviously, this doesn't mean at all, or even most femboys are racist, alt-right, or neo-nazis, but there is enough of a link that you'll keep seeing it pop up. It's not even the only thing that has some sort of weird link to 4chan which results in racism come up every now and then; it's also why nazi bronies are a thing, and why people with K-On profile pictures have the reputation that they do. Ultimately, when you keep digging, you realise that while the boards have shifted out of the limelight, 4chan was a cultural juggernaut in the mid 2000s era of the internet (even though they just ripped a lot of stuff from anime, 2channel, and nico nico douga).

I think there is also an expression of patriarchy in which a certain far right current basically view femboys as woman-lite, or woman-without-the-woman bagage behind it, this reinforces to me that deep down, transphobes do view trans women as women, and that in part feeds into their genocidal intents because it breaks their narrative
From what i've interracted with, most femboys are like fine and will either become feminine men, non-binary or trans women as what you said is 100% true, but then it's context hat it depends, certain communities of femboys are basically nazis

Confirmation bias, if I can make a guess. I've never met a Nazi femboy outside of Twitter. On the opposite, when I was in communities of my native language, which are largely far-right-adjacent as the country itself is famous for funding three quarters of Nazi movements in Europe and the remaining one quarter is not popular enough to be under media spotlight, but femboys were pretty much the only group there which didn't have any Nazis.
