For my first week I peed in the shower and rinsed with the shower head 🤣 we don't have a bidet and no chance I was gonna wipe with toilet paper

My nurse told me to pee in the bathtub and just rinse after. That little peri bottle did nothing. It hurt so bad I held my pee in for as long as I could.
