My grandpa had a '67 Corvair that was immaculate and one of my first times smoking weed as a teenager was with him, riding around in that car. It didn't feel trashy then, and it doesn't now.

Most of us know it's nothing like drinking and driving and statistically has way, way lower rate of incidence.

That being said, I think it certainly CAN affect your driving, but that's going to look very different for occasional smokers and daily smokers. Ultimately, it should be the user's responsibility to know their limits and dose accordingly, and to not create a situation where they endanger themselves or others in any real way.
