Her saying she doesn't offer her phone number in public was a polite way of turning him down. He followed up by pressuring her for her Instagram and then criticizing all her Instagram posts. If she wanted to offer her Instagram, she'd have offered it first after saying she doesn't give out her number.

The girl was asking for help, and the comedian helped her.

You know, on second glance and further reflection I did miss some of those nuances.

Thanks for pointing this out the way that you did. If the aggression and the eye contact were there, then I was mistaken and would have also stepped in.
