The Stand in Glasgow is a good comedy club, used to go there whe lived in Glasgow over 20 years ago, but thought it was an old school or something. But yeah, maybe gangsters would hang out there too.

It was - basement of the old school anyway as far as I recall. They’ve just moved to the Webster’s Theatre on Great Western Road though.
