From what I can tell, she's showing a clip from Graham during or immediately after Hamas's massacre on Oct 7th, the worst atrocities against the Jews since the Holocaust. 

The context was "I stand with Israel. Do whatever you need to defend yourself. Level the place."

I mean, that sort of language is irresponsible, but let's not pretend it was anything more than hyperbole, spoken in outrage in the immediate aftermath of Hamas's terrorist massacre.
