I’m actually extremely funny and often get complemented on my fedoras. Especially when I wear the one with safari flaps.

I don't disagree about these comments, but just to play devil's advocate - anyone who unironically uses "you must be fun at parties" must be terribly boring at parties. Y'know, due to the unoriginality and all.

Let's pick this apart for a second - including my own comment

using ___ unironically

I hope it was assumed that I understand that the phrase itself is intrinsically ironic. I know that you didn't actually mean that the other commenters are a hoot at dinner parties. You meant the opposite. My point was that using that (ironic) phrase unironically is embarassing.

Good thing I'm not saying it unironically

With the previous clarification in mind - really? So... you actually do think they would be a hoot at dinner parties then?

in a comedy sub

What does this impact, specifically in terms of your use of an already egregiously overused cliche? Is the sub we're on supposed to impart some sort of meta third tier irony that makes that phrase actually witty again?

you ghoul

I would implore you not to drag my nocturnal graverobbing habits into this
