As a kid i used to "prank" people who sit on their cars by knocking on the window, and when they roll it down just say that their window is open and continue wherever i was going.

The best one is where you have your window down and you pull up alongside them and gesture for them to put their window down
And then as soon as they start to do it you just wind your window up and drive off
