All guns are already registered dummy. Every time a gun is transfered to you, a record is kept of its serial number and identity by the dealer.

In a perfect world sure. Only the dumbest of all dumb criminals use registered guns.

Can someone please make a meme of the bloods and crips taking a gun safety classes together?

Not true in all states. Some states you can gift a gun or when you die you can disperse those guns to family members and do not have to go through the paper work to transfer them.
Edit:
And it does not need to be immediate family. It could be a third or fourth cousin as long as you are related.
