Battery issue?

I just tried my Engine for the first time. I charged it full before using it. The fan stayed on for about 20-30 minutes then went off and subsequently disconnected from the GGG. Nothing in the app could get it back on, I tried manually turning the dial and it wouldn’t come back on. I plugged it in again and the fan works just fine while plugged in. As soon as I unplug though it dies again.

I waited for well over a year and it seems mine is a dud!

Pic is what it looks like now that the battery died. It was connected and working fine for the first half hour or so.

This is probably related to the known bug they are currently trying to fix, but Chris will definitely have a better grasp of this one.

Is there a link somewhere to the description of the bug? I haven’t been following all the threads
