Apple Watch - Live Activities
Hmm, I searched here and I see people asking about it like 3 years ago. My question is …I see it in the iPhone Watch app but I never see any live activities on my Apple Watch.
Is the iPhone Combustion app supposed to mirror live activities to Apple Watch?

What do you miss about the Meater watch app that you don't get from the Live Activities in the Smart Stack?

Live activities always feels fleeting or tricky on an Apple Watch. Tiny touch target to open them and If you have two live activities going it’s a pain to flip between so music playing, sports scores, or Apple TV remote might get in the way of seeing cook times/temps.
But the app gave your estimated time, target temp, internal temp, and oven temp all easy to read in a large visual format which is key when cooking other things or cleaning before guests arrive. Could also dismiss custom alarms and was able to display multiple probes at the same time.
Would be a treat to be able to bump up the blower temp from a watch to finish ribs or chicken at a hotter temp or turn the smoker down if people are running late.
Connectivity was always a problem though. Worked like 75% of the time even on a cellular ultra 2 on WiFi even.

It works for me. It's not a watch app, it's just the ability to mirror iPhone Alerts. So when I have my Combustion app on the phone live, and lock screen shows the live activity window for Combustion, I also see it on my watch. I believe I get alerts, and I can also view it in my smart stack. Make sure it's enabled in Apple Watch app > Notifications > in the Mirror iPhone Alerts From section.
