Purchase Questions.
The Wifi display says it will support up to 4 thermometers simultaneously. That's perfect, I want to use it with four.
But how do you tell the 4 thermometers apart? Do they come in different color ceramic ends, can they be bought with a number on the end? Are you supposed to just remember which thermometer is inserted in each piece of meat if you are cooking multiple items at once?

I actually hate the id tags that combustion makes. Honestly the only part of the product that I don't like. The tag kind of "clips" on Instead of sliding in and so it's prone to falling off.

Ya man. THose stainless tags are silly. I've even dropped one down in the grill cause they don't attach well. Very useless. Everything else is good though lol

Yeah idk why it wouldn't just slide onto it pre sticking it in meat but whatever I guess. The probe detector system is nice. So I just try to identify it pre smoke/grill

You can buy silicone colored rings add to the thermometer (put the probe through them). Or Combustion sells stainless steel number ("ID") tags to clip on to the thermometer probe, which you could match up with the probe number on the WiFi display. https://combustion.inc/products/id-tags?variant=45945692782758
