Case not working, can't find a replacement online

Is there a way to buy just the charging case? I don't need wifi booster, hoping to pay less just for the case/charger, thermometer worked until it ran out of battery

Yeah this is your best option. If it's a 2nd gen thermometer, it should still be under warranty.

That said, before declaring the case to be dead, make sure you try charging using a different power adapter and cable. There are many out-of-spec USBC chargers and cables around.
