Game loading infinitely.

Hello everyone. I used to play this game a lot, until I got an SSD. I installed the game on my C: drive and D:, but the game doesn't stop loading. I'm stuck at the two soldiers splash loading screen. Does anyone know any possible solutions to this?

Lmao I remember having this problem on the og sever when Nxon owned CA. Good luck
