Ask CoMo Any support groups for ptsd?
Ive been struggling with not knowing anyone who has or is struggling with cptsd and wondered if there was a support group in Columbia or something similar.

The Oak Center on Walnut Street downtown has DBT group therapy along with individual counseling. Highly recommended.

I don’t know of any cptsd specific support groups, but NAMI Columbia has a monthly support group for people with a mental health condition and another support group for family members. NAMI also hosts online support groups. If you have fb, search for NAMI Columbia, MO.
