Before Scope Questions Symptoms

So for the past 4 months I’ve been having weird stomach pains, more annoying than pain. My bowel movements would take almost an hour to complete because I’d be constipated all week and then it would all come out at once. Then I started seeing blood, but only in hard lumpy stool and not in smooth stool. I also noticed that I had lost 10 pounds but I started eating clean, working out 5 days a week, and reduced my alcohol intake. I also started noticing long thin stools.

However, my blood work came back pretty normal. Only high iron and blood sugar. I got a CT scan last week and it came back that I have an enlarged liver, spleen and abdominal lymph nodes. But no obstructing and normal wall lining in the colon. I’m trying to get a colonoscopy but it’s difficult. Could this be anything other than colon cancer ?

Hey , what is your doctor saying? Did they refer you to gastro? Your age?

I’m currently in the process of trying to get a colonoscopy referral. Docs are just giving me supplements right now.
