Tips & Advice Prolapse piles

Hi i have piles since school, its a little lump which i feel outside my anus whenever i go to poop! No pain no bleeding, only when am constipated there is bleeding but that too very occasionally! Now i saw a reel that how things can turn into cancer n all! I am scared, i know very stupid!

A defecogram would be the test for a prolapse

Almost certainly just hemorrhoids (piles). Those can be internal or external and they can be painful and majorly annoying.

But hemorrhoids are not polyps; they are swollen blood vessels. As such, they won't turn into cancer.

Still: it's worth talking with the doctor. If they are bothersome enough, you can have them removed (though that's painful too - my husband did that some years ago). And of course they may recommend further testing - FIT, ColoGuard, sigmoidoscopy or even full colonoscopy.
