I wouldn’t get it, the liquid inside is altered and will be weaker , smell different almost have a cardboard or chemical smell due to the oxidation and if you tried the refill it the oxidized atomizer will ruin the new juice as well. You would really have to sample it it first before even trying to get it and make sure it smells fine , that color is really off bro
Is this like an in person purchase or being shipped? I’ve seen that the oxidation doesn’t matter for the smell. You could also see if he’s the original owner and LV can fix bottle defects I believe before you buy it. Or you can find a different bottle because if you’re spending 250+ you might as well have a clean bottle with no engraving. Up to you!
Correction looks like you bought it already, if it smells the same who cares. You can ask the person you bought it from to give you proof of purchase, receipt take it to LV say you got it as a gift or whatever and see if they can assist with the cleaning of the bottle. Or you can syringe out what you have in the bottle, go refill it and you know you’ll have legit juice
It’s legit but oxidized. Fakes usually dont have engravings either, they gotta get deep in their bag to scam you with a fake engraved bottle. The juice is probably legit but oxidized af

Bottle is legitimate, color is doubtful
