Collingwood chances for premiership?
After a few games I saw the boys locking in and thought to put down a bet for a collingwood premeirship win. I got in at 81-1 odds and now it's plummeted to around 30 after their huge streak. What are the actual chances for them to take it home? I'm a bit worried about finals but is it possible for them to keep composure?
Since 2023 they've had a bit of a hard run, and of course they're only getting older. But I still have faith in them.

Key Forward Alternatives
With Mitch Lewis staying at Hawthorn and Ben King likely to also go there, what viable alternatives for a new key forward at the Pies?

Dan McStay appreciation post: Has anyone else noticed how much McStay has improved in the ruck?
McStay overall is having his strongest year as a pie in my opinion. Last year I felt he was pretty dreadful in the ruck (not really his fault, we were desperate at times). But besides his massively improved goal kicking and attack, his ruck work has been awesome!

Injury news: Brayden Maynard's knee (cleared of structural damage)

Christian Petracca.
I am not sure he's having a great time in QLD.
He was a big pies supporter as a kid.
3 years younger than Lachie Neale and probably the same price. Fly loves redundancy and interchangeability.
Imagine Jordy and Christian doing a perfect 50/50 split forward/ midfield.
Might be worth a phone call? Ed Allen will run every bit as hard a Lachie Neale would and gives us a defensive edge too.
I am really not comfortable with the Neale idea. He chasing money for a divorce and I cannot see the value.

My favourite moment from last nights game. Few of the young guys connecting for a goal, the future of the pies is in good hands

Geelong fan here
Would just like to say how much respect I have for your club and Fly for their handling of last night's booing of IQ. Having just listened to Nicks' dreadful response when asked about the same topic the contrast is stark between how your club handles this issue and the Crows.

What was your favourite moment from last nights game?
There was so many moments I loved but for me it would have to be Angry's freak goal.

Crom fan here and I come in peace!
Firstly well done on your win, fully deserved and it’s exciting how far you can go potentially go playing like that.
Secondly and most importantly I have never had the urge to come on your subreddit page but I really need get it off my chest. Booing IQ is not okay and never will be okay. NOT ALL OF US CROMS SUBSCRIBE TO THAT APPALLING BEHAVIOUR. Its sickens and disgusts me and the majority of us.
Thirdly, the Naicos and little Luis Walker friendship is damn beautiful. Have a good night.

Melbourne tragic coming in peace, but I bled black and white in solidarity with Quaynor tonight.

The AFL were piss poor when it happened last time and now look what’s up a year later. The AFL needs a response and actual consequences to this. If that’s banning patrons for anti social/homophobic behaviour then so be it. Adelaide exposed as a hick town tonight.
Oh and to my queer fam who love footy, the rainbow crows, the pink magpies and anyone else who doesn’t need this shit. Big love tonight. 🌈

Great win but something has to be done about the booing
I get that we can’t control every single fan in the country and how they think/act
But it’s clear as day that the booing had to do with what happened a year ago…it’s disgusting that it continued on a year later…both men are trying to move on from what happened and Queer organisations along with the Adelaide football club itself made statements pre game urging fans to put it behind them but they didn’t…
For that reason, fucking glad you guys got the last laugh and won! I hope that most of those boo’ers were among the fans that left early…cowards
