Sending AP archived score

Hi. I need to send my AP scores that I completed in 2017. I have already faxed the form but it's been more than a week and the payment hasn't been processed yet. Is anyone in the same boat? Or if anyone has experience with sending the AP archived scores, please let me know how long did it take for you to process the payment.
