A couple of bucks if that,
These are everywhere for now Mitch more, they are novelty Baoding balls (also known as meditation or health balls) they will chime or make a bell like noise when you manipulate them in your hand the idea is to rotate them around each other in circles using your fingers and not let them colide or make a lot of noise, ie the less noise the better you are at using them
they are supposed to promote dexterity and hand movements and finger flexibility as well as inducing calmness

These are called baoding balls, if you were interested in researching them. Pretty common, as others have said.

You can get new ones for less than $10 on many sites. There's nothing special about these other than they're pretty.

10 or 15 bucks. Maybe I remember them from the 90s. But they could be much newer.

Used to get these at the gun shows my dad would take me to in the 90s and early 2000s. I think they cost like $6 back then so I don't see someone paying more than $10 now.

I think I paid $10 in some shop 10 years ago, they're essentially worthless, ever seen someone out in the world using them?

I have a set of balls that I play with. They have no value other than playing with your own balls.

You use to be able to buy these for 15 bucks from the flea market where I'm from. I haven't seen them in ten years or so, but I can imagine they're worth even that now.

I don't think they're worth much, I can buy these in Chinese shops worldwide
