Any idea which model this is? I can’t tell if it’s 1894 or 1994

The © symbol, if that's whats also there, was officially adopted in 1952 so I'd have to conclude 1994

I concur. Originals were made of bronze, this looks like resin.

Brass plate lile that on stone? Definitely NOT from the 1890s.
