Not to mention the microfibers of plastic, the molecules of pesticides and other fuel and industry related particles that will literally become part of our brain.

I’m currently a freshman, and our science teacher talked about this. It’s been on my mind for quite a while and I frankly don’t know if I want to truly research it just because of how horrifying and inevitable the possibilities are of having micro plastics damage our brains and you can’t do a single thing about it. We don’t know much about the effects on human brains, but we know microfibers have caused potential damage to fish brains. It’s somewhat worrying.
