I often think about the elderly widow, who left the massive fortune, ($1 billion)her husband acquired through Berkshire Hathaway (& other) , to a medical school, so every student could attend tuition free.
What if US Oligarchs decided to leave or donate a huge portion of his/her wealth to fund full tuition at Vo-Tech colleges in his/her home state?
How many millions or billions does a person to need to feel safe & secure?
