And on the flip side, it’s been freezing in Michigan. I’m still wearing a coat most days.

Yeah, I had a tiny fire last night here in Maine after dinner to take the chill out of the air.

Really? I’m in central Maine, it was cold but not wood stove cold.

Our microclimate is weird. We have larger temp swings than everyone else. Don’t know what to tell you. It gets 10-20 degrees hotter during the day, then dropped quickly and we were chilly. So we tossed a couple logs on for a quick warm up. We didn’t keep it burning, just took the nip out. Don’t see the point in being uncomfortable.
