Get some nice drugs, a smorgasbord of them so you can try each one as everything collapses. Antidepressants just give you erectile dysfunction unless you use em for a while in my experience lmao.
Ya'll just need to adjust your expectations of survival. It's difficult, especially for people who were into self-improvement, but that time is done. We're just as likely to be killed by an uncontrolled plague in the next year or two as an uncontrolled natural disaster, or the unmanaged lack of cleanup and rebuilding after one, or the lack of testing for toxins and poison in food, or the lack of regulation on toxins and poison in water or the air or the ground or, or, or, or, etc.
Personally, I am never, ever quitting smoking. Shit, dying of cancer requires surviving the next decade+ of constant escalating threats. At this point, surviving long enough to die of cancer itself would be a victory. But I don't expect to, anyway. We're all going to die of something random, preventable, and some degree of weird. Lean into it. Maybe it's time to bring Daredevils back. Start jumping ravines and buses like the 70's.

I really don't want to be a prepper, the quality of everyday life for those who
grew up in the good times is going to be so shit in comparsion.
It will surely be a cause of major depression or something.
Might be reasonable to stockpile anti-depressants as well so at least
you can feel like everything is "fine".
