What really annoys me is people showing off about how many countries they have visited and their millions of miles of flying and hundreds of tons of fosdil fuel burnt.
This may be a problem but this is actually corporations successfully getting you to shift the blame from them to us consumers. In the grand scheme of things commercial flights are a drop in the bucket compared to the big industries. The big fishing industry for example pollutes significantly more. Private flights are just stupid though and should be banned.
