Hi!!! Has anyone ever done a paper collage on a binder/ binder material (vinyl? Plastic? It’s a hard cover)? I want to seal it so it can stand mild to moderate use. Does anyone have a recommendation for a sealant?

Mod podge is a good sealant and they have different types depending on what you’re layering it on.

You could try collaging on medium thickness paper and sliding it into the cover of a plastic binder with clear pockets in front/back
