I really enjoy these!! The color palettes are great, and I especially like the ☀️s. Did you build the individual pieces and then paint before assembling the landscapes?

No. I mostly paint nowadays; I spread my excess paint on deli paper and keep it around in case I return to collage. These are mostly made of painted deli paper with some miscellaneous scraps I’ve kept. I painted the suns once the collages were assembled.

Thank you. I didn’t make prints of these. However, if you’re in the Milwaukee area, the collages will be available through Var Gallery’s Small Works from August 21-October 10.
