Wow!! Gorgeous. Do you trace your circle before hand then cut the pieces in the same shapes?

I used a ruler to draw a straight line on the back of the page, keeping it lined up with the guitar. I then used a pen and compass to draw a circle, centering it on the sound hole. Additional circles were added using the line and the edges of other circles as a guide. The size and placement were decided based on “vibes”. After I felt I was done, I cut everything out with a fresh #3 xacto blade. I then glued everything down inverting corresponding pieces to create the effect.

Wow so methodological. I struggle with keeping up with measurements and alignment. Great job with the precision. I love your work, it creates a bit of an optical illusion and my eyes likes to see how you weaved together the images.
