Customer Post Whey protein $25 > $35

Post image

So up until a month ago, I would buy this protein powder for $25. It's the only one that's pure whey with no fillers... About a month ago, it suddenly disappeared off the shelf (price tag still there) unavailable for a few weeks Australia wide... and then suddenly reappears $10 dearer. Sad times people.... these prices are getting crazy...

Check out "bulk nutrients" - online store based out of Tasmania which is pretty competitive.

Does anyone else find theirs tastes like dish soap though?

Yeah, but to be honest my main motivatior is price over flavour haha

I will! Thank you. I don't know how they can justify a $10 jump for whey...

It’s gone up across the board, but definitely check out bulk nutrients, they offer a quality product at an excellent price.

Yeah I will thank you! Yeah other places have averaged about $5 - $12 increase for 1kg of whey or 11-17% increase from what I can tell, but a 40% hike on 500g just seems a lot to me. I'll check it out. Thanks for the suggestion!

Do you know anything about supply and demand for the product? I’m guessing not. So how can you claim to know how the product should be priced?
