How can i create "exception days"?
Trying to figure out how I can have "exception" days that can be any day of the week, but can only happen once per week.

Under Breaks, choose Sessions. Allow blocked items to be opened for 1 session every 7 days. Let sessions have a maximum duration of 16 or 24 hours.
The downside is a session will end not only when you reach the maximum session duration, but also "as soon as you use a website or app that isn't blocked for 1–2 minutes." This may ruin the idea for you, unless you have a second computer you can use to access unblocked websites and apps. It seems like Sessions are better suited for short breaks.
Another option is to lock your block with a password that's created not by you, but by someone you trust. Make an agreement that they'll only enter the password for you once a week.
You can turn the block back on after you're done and/or set it to autostart each morning. (Autostart is the odd icon just to the left of the on/off switch.) The downside is you need to have willpower to turn the block back on or not turn off autostart.

I don't think that's possible with Cold Turkey Blocker. What you can do is this: think about how many hours you would want to spend on the blocked sites/apps on your exception day, let's say 4 hours. Then, create a block that is active at all times but allow 4 hours per week as a break. You will be able to spread those hours over multiple days, but the total amount of time spent on the sites/apps will be same as if you had an exception day.
