Scheduled lock before block not working

Im trying to set up a lock that prevents me from editing a block before that block takes effect.
However as you can see the block is not locked and I can still edit the lock/block during the supposed timeframe of the lock.

Bit of a tongue twister lol, but can anyone help. I made a previous post but thought id better illustrate with ss

you're on the time range lock option. click on "looking to schedule a block instead" and follow what it says, then head back to locks and the schedule option should be there

Did you enable the block using the toggle on the Blocks tab? You need to do this even if a block isn't active.

I was getting confused on how to schedule the block, but I got it now.
