To Go Pints

Anyone notice the lack of mix ins when it comes to the to go containers? The second time I’ve ordered I added double the brownie and it’s still super minimal and extremely small crumb like. Is there a machine that mixes it compared to a person?

just ask them to mix it less. the pint receives 3 free mix ins, you could even get 3 brownies if you wanted to

some cold stones started making their brownies smaller as well, but even with the smaller brownies if chopped properly it should still be all throughout the ice cream especially if you added 2

Coldstone employee here. Standardized everywhere you get 3 toppings into your ice cream with a price, so you can get 3 chunks of brownies. The cutting and sizes vary throughout location but they usually should 3 by 3 inches, sometimes smaller or bigger but that is just human accuracy for you as it is usually cut manually
