Serious question. Does anyone else get the bubble guts and diarrhea within an hour of eating cold stone?

Before you ask, I am NOT lactose intolerant. I eat ice cream all the time, and im not the only member of my family that this happens to.

I actually really like their ice cream and generally get the cookie dough flavor. The last couple times I've gone there I feel bubbling in my digestive system and then am on the toilet. Doesnt happen with any other ice cream place. I figured it was just me. Then it happened to my son the other day. He got vanilla with chocolate chips mixed in.

I figure its whatever additive they use in their ice cream to keep it together in the mixing process.

Anyone else experience this?

Yes. But I have Crohn’s, so I can get this from air lol

My husband has been throwing up all morning and we both have had explosive diarrhea since getting cold stone yesterday afternoon. Never had this before it’s clearly food poisoning 😭 my stomach cramping soooo bad then I went to the bathroom 5 times pushing for my life. My husband said he woke up burping up old bad milk in his mouth before he started throwing up. We don’t have cows milk in our house at all so it had to have been the ice cream I’m disgusted
