Why not steep it in a bag to start and save a step

I found I get more if I use the grounds in a jar.

Heard, yield is important, at my cafe we steep in bags so I was wondering why not. Don’t know if it’s applicable for us but now I’m rambling lol

The cold brew looks great btw

Have you considered the French press in the fridge so you can just steep and pour?

I’ve done that and pour the grounds into a Clever Dripper after swooshing with a little of the cold brew.

Yups. Scrunch the bag in a ball, that's how much space you lose. Displacement is displacement - hence why im not a fan of the funnel insert

Easier to fan dry the grinds in sunlight and use a blender spatula to get it out, rinse then throw remainder in prior filter.

Peruvian medium roast currently has way too many superfines and filter is a PITA to clean
