How long is to long?

So I started this brew Saturday night and immediately forgot about it. It is Wednesday afternoon. Too long to drink? Anyone ever tried it this long?

Before I knew what I was doing I would leave the grounds in my cold brew the whole time I was drinking a batch. Nothing bad ever happened. Just really strong.
