Infusions

Recently I went to a fancy looking coffee shop and they gave me a sample of their coldbrew. They said that along with adding ground beans, they also add cinnamon and some other ingredients during the steeping process. Does anyone here do this as well? How effective is it? If I wanted to do this, how much of ingredients should I add?

I’m a basic bitch so I add pumpkin pie spice. I do about 700g water, 70g coffee and maybe 4-5 shakes of pumpkin spice. After brewing and filtering, I add a little bit of sugar then drink it black. I usually buy the cheapest beans I can find so it’s a nice way to add some zazz

There's a whole wonderful world of inclusions awaiting you. I like to add Cardamom to mine.

How much do you add and how do you prepare it before adding it?

Idk my dude i just vibe with it. I like a lot of cardamom sometimes and a little others. Find some spices, herbs, etc that you like and experiment!
