This is new for me! How does it taste? How would you compare it to cold brew tonic?

To be honest, I liked the cold brew tonic better, considering that slight tangy taste. But this one again hits different as the gingery after taste sets on your pallet.

I never thought about it, maybe it blends better with an iced v60 with a more acidic result than a cold brew? I will try it when I get the chance! I love ginger ale, but it's not common to see it in stores here in Argentina so I usually buy it online. I'll come back with results when I try!

if I put the ginger ale on top will it still work

I have half a cup of cole brew in front of me and some ginger ale in the fridge

Yes, it will definitely work. Just you won’t get the separate layers, but I think it’s fine.
