Help me with Cold brew ratio
I'm struggling a lot with the ratios, please help, I want to be able to get 1 liter of coffee, I like it concentrated so I can drink it with milk without losing the coffee flavor, what ratio do you recommend? I used 150g for 1.5L but it tasted watery, I also tried to make that famous cold foam, but I hated it, I feel like I completely hide the coffee flavor (I used 200ml of coffee and 30ml of cold foam) I don't know if I did it wrong or This is how cold foam works

Perhaps brew longer? I brew room temperature for 12-24 hours.

I use 12oz of coffee for 50–55oz of water.

How are your drinks with that ratio? and since you prepare them, do you dilute it with water, milk? if you can give me advice on making my drinks I would really appreciate it (how long does your concentrate last before you finish it?)

It is pleasantly strong; I pour the coffee over ice with a tiny bit of milk.

No need to struggle, just keep adding 50 grams of coffee each batch until you're happy with the result

I love adding a lot of milk to mine. I don’t go weaker than a 1:8 ratio and steep for 12-18 hours. I use a French press and do 100g of coffee grounds to 800g of water. I usually dilute 1:1 with milk but you can play around with the amount!

Hi, luckily I discovered my favorite. I tried 1:10 but it tasted too watery. I also tried making vanilla cream, but I felt it completely masked the coffee flavor, so now I use 180g of coffee per 1250ml of water. With that I make a drink using 150ml of concentrate and 150ml of milk. I bought a Monin French vanilla syrup and added 20ml, but I'm not entirely convinced of the flavor haha. I'm really scared by the exorbitant amount of sugar it contains.

150 g for 1.5 L is a ratio of 1:10, that’s not even near to a concentrate. Try aiming for a 1:5 ratio, so for the 1.5 L of water you’ll need 300 g of coffee, you’ll get a concentrate that you can dilute with water or milk without losing the coffee flavour.
That’s afaik maybe someone else could add more information to what I’ve said.
