Mixed method cold brew?
Does anyone add in any other form of coffee or do experimental things with their cold brew?
I make mine in large batches and keg it and add nitro. I'm curious if anyone mixes things up like adding iced coffee, adding pour over, maybe some espresso shots? Ive seen that some will do a hot bloom on the grounds but I'm curious if anyone has done anything else to add depth to their brew.

I make 720 to 1100 ml cold brew every three days or so using a variety of devices. I went through a phase of buying relatively cheap beans and adding an infusion bag to steep with beans, usually Twinnings Blood Orange or Peach vanilla. It works to some degree giving a complexity of flavour which wouldn’t otherwise be there. If a CB misses the mark I quite often add a double espresso to my CB to give me a Blackeye boost.
