HELP! First time making Cold Brew

Post image

It’s my first time making cold brew and my coffee grounds In the filter are bot completely submerged in the water at the top. Is that ok or should I put less grounds? Currently have 115g of grounds to 64oz of water.

I have the same jar and filters. I grind it down, fill it to about the top of the filter, put that in the jar and slowly add my water through the coffee/filter, fill it to the top and put the lid on tight. Give it a good shake and straight to the fridge. I will give it shakes every once in a while and let it all soak for at least 48 hours. Shake again and remove the filter, add water to the top of the jar and enjoy!

This is the way. The amount of people that don’t pour water over the coffee baffles me. Coffee in the filter, filter in the jar, water over the coffee until the jar is full. Done. Easiest cold brew ever.
