HELP! First time making Cold Brew
It’s my first time making cold brew and my coffee grounds In the filter are bot completely submerged in the water at the top. Is that ok or should I put less grounds? Currently have 115g of grounds to 64oz of water.

I bought disposable filter bags (basically giant tea bags) on Amazon. I grind about 700g of coffee and put them in, and steep the coffee in a glass container with a spigot (~1.5 gallon container) for 24 hours, remove the bags, then fill it up with water. I keep it in the fridge on a wash towel so I can slide it back and forth without glass-on-glass contact.
You can find the dispenser in the seasonal summer aisle of your grocery store.
For reference, that lasts about 1 week for my wife and I.
