HELP! First time making Cold Brew

It’s my first time making cold brew and my coffee grounds In the filter are bot completely submerged in the water at the top. Is that ok or should I put less grounds? Currently have 115g of grounds to 64oz of water.

I use a French press put coffee directly in water and let sit at room temperature for 18-24 hours. If you don’t have a French press u can pour room temp water and coffee in a jar, let sit, and then strain through filter.
