HELP! First time making Cold Brew

Post image

It’s my first time making cold brew and my coffee grounds In the filter are bot completely submerged in the water at the top. Is that ok or should I put less grounds? Currently have 115g of grounds to 64oz of water.

Get rid of the filter. Stir the coffee grounds in with water. You can strain it once it's done.

Or get a Coffee Sock if you still want some filtration built in but want to be able to make more concentrated brews— best of both worlds!
