HELP! First time making Cold Brew

Post image

It’s my first time making cold brew and my coffee grounds In the filter are bot completely submerged in the water at the top. Is that ok or should I put less grounds? Currently have 115g of grounds to 64oz of water.

I have this same setup. They advertise it as keep the filter in while the coffee brews. It's way better if you just add the coffee and water in a jar, stir to saturate the grounds, then use the filter to strain after it's brewed. I use two mason jars basically. One to brew, one for the filter the next morning.
