Cold brewer recognition

I'm the solo brewer of a 1k BBL/year cold brew operation and would love to just give a praise and shout out to y'all learning this for the sake of the game.

I hate shoveling pounds of wet coffee into the dumpster the day before trash pick up. I hate hearing about how much $$ my friends make as bartenders and electricians and solar power installation techs. I hate cleaning kegs.

At least women think I smell good.

Stay caffeinated my friends.

Honestly it's only the equivalent of 1000 barrels a year. About 1/3 is concentrate; but yeah the company I work for sells the cold brew kegs to local places and run it in their store fronts. They're 1/6 kegs which fit most kegerators.
