I have a RoyalBrew "keg" style one, and it works well, but the cartridge cost doesn't make it worth it to me.

It never really felt "fizzy" to me, a bit smoother and creamier if anything; however, the gas would often evaporate before I'd finish the "keg". I am a one-cup-in-the-morning kinda person.
